The Palais Hassoun offers its guests a carefully crafted Moroccan cuisine experience by our cook Fatima.
From traditional couscous to delicious tagines, our Moroccan chef will delight guests' taste buds with subtly flavored and fragrant dishes.
The cuisine ingredients are organic and supplied by selected local farmers. Rich breakfasts with pastries, homemade jams, Moroccan bread and wholemeal bread, Moroccan specialties (msamem pancakes, amlou with argan oil, etc.). During the day, a buffet of delicious salads and quiches is served on the terrace facing the pool. Throughout the day, we serve guests delicious fresh fruit smoothies and, at tea time, Moroccan mint tea with traditional pastries. In the evening, a menu is offered alternating between typical Moroccan dishes and international cuisine.
Note that the Palais Hassoun also offers a Moroccan cooking class to learn the secrets of this delicious oriental gastronomy where spices have a special place.
